STEP 1: ACQUIRE ALL THREE OF YOUR CREDIT REPORTS
You can do this either on your own or we can pull them for you. The law requires the credit bureaus to release these reports only to the client. In order for E.Mitchel & Associates LLC. to assist in improving our clients credit profile, we must have this vital information to review the case.

STEP 2: E.MITCHEL & ASSOCIATES LLC. CONSULTS WITH THE CLIENT
We at E.Mitchel and Associates believe in personal contact. Once we receive our clients credit reports, they will be contacted by an E.Mitchel and Associates LLC. partner.

STEP 3: E.MITCHEL & ASSOCIATES LLC. GOES TO BATTLE AS YOUR ADVOCATE
Sit back and let us do the work. We challenge every possible law to the extent in the way your item was reported. If it is any way inaccurate, unverifiable or misleading, it must be legally removed.

STEP 4: WAIT AND CELEBRATE
The law requires the credit bureaus to investigate your claim within 30 days. Upon the completion of this investigation the Bureau must send the client their results as well as an updated copy of the credit report. Generally, it takes about 30 - 45 days from the date we dispute an item for the client to receive the bureaus response. Again, the law only permits the bureaus to send the credit reports directly to the client. Before the process is complete, the client must make a copy of the new report and send the original updated credit report to Mitchel and Associates. Our warranty continues to protect the client for one full year and insures there will only be charges for successfully deleted items. We will continue the process until our client is completely satisfied with their new accurate and more favorable credit report.
